About Michele Hart

Originally from Chappaqua, New York, Michele Hart has been a full time Real Estate Broker in Breckenridge since 1992. She came to Summit County having recently graduated from Denison University in Ohio with a BA in Political Science. Though she had planned to spend one year in the mountains, Michele fell in love with the Breckenridge community and ultimately chose to stay, raise her family and make it her home. As one of Breckenridge’s top producing agents, Michele provides exceptional service to both buyers and sellers. She has been recognized over the years with numerous awards and has served as both the Director and Treasurer of the Summit Association of Realtors.

Michele believes that service needs to extend far beyond the transaction itself, and continues to maintain strong personal relationships with her clients who inevitably become friends. “Personal referrals are the absolute core of my business,’ Michele says. “I couldn't’ do it without the support of my loyal clients. I thrive on personal relationships and feedback from happy clients.” Having sold properties to first-time homebuyers, second home owners, and season investors, Michele has sold well over 400 million in real estate in Summit County over her career. Outside of the office she enjoys staying active by skiing, hiking, biking, tennis and spending time with her daughters and friends.
